Welcome to Sunrise Planner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sunrise Planner across our products, including our mobile apps (iOS and Android), website, and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Services"). By installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that entity.

3. License and Use Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, or circumvent security features; use the Services for any unlawful or harmful activity; or infringe the rights of others.

4. Privacy

We do not collect or store personal data beyond what is necessary to operate and secure the Services. Preferences and settings are stored locally on your device or browser profile, and on iOS may sync via iCloud. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Chrome Extension Permissions

The Chrome extension may request limited permissions necessary for its core functionality, such as reading or modifying content on specific domains you select or managing local storage. The extension does not include ads, analytics, or third‑party tracking. You can review and manage permissions in your browser settings at any time.

6. User Content and Data Storage
